This savory jam in your burger's best friend. We smoke local tomatoes and sweet onions over hickory and apple wood to give this vegetarian condiment a distinct bacon-y character. Also delicious on a biscuit with eggs, sharp cheddar, and maybe a handful of arugula.
Ingredients: sweet onions, tomatoes, brown sugar, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, sugar, worcestershire sauce (contains anchovies), sherry, salt, and other spices.
